I’m from Ireland where I grew up on a farm, needless to say teaching Pilates wasn’t something I knew could be a job never mind would end up being my job!
My first career was as an estimator for a construction company, I quickly realised it wasn’t really the job for me and that there was something else out there, I just had to find it…
In 2009 I was looking for something different to add to the training I was already doing and I joined a class at a local Pilates Studio. Over the course of a few years I grew to love Pilates and I decided the time was right to get trained up to teach so I could make the career change I had been thinking about.
I began teaching in 2013 and I’m extremely lucky to have found a career that I love and am passionate about. I bring that passion to every session I teach.

MY PILATES EXPERIENCE
I have worked with clients from many different backgrounds. Everyone arrives at the studio at a different starting point, there have been those suffering from pre-existing conditions such as low back pain right through to people who came to me already fit and healthy simply looking to become stronger or improve their flexibility and mobility.
I’ve worked with high level amateur and professional athletes helping them fine tune their bodies for optimal performance and in 2016 I was recruited to train the performers of Cirque Du Soleil during their time in Sydney.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
I have a very traditional approach to teaching Pilates. You will walk away from each session having gotten an authentic Pilates experience feeling taller, stronger and more supple than how you arrived.
