Get back to full fitness after an injury with a tailored Rehabilitation Program.

For sports people injuries can interrupt or even ruin a season. For those not involved in sports an injury can still have a negative effect on life by preventing you from doing the things you enjoy.

Our Injury Rehab Program will make sure you not only recover from your injury but also come back stronger and more flexible than before.

Developed in consultation with your allied health professional (GP, surgeon, physiotherapist etc.), this program will help you recover from your injury while at the same time building strength and improving flexibility.


Our Injury Rehab Program is a 6 session program (including initial consultation):

Session 1: consists of an initial assessment and introduction to Pilates. After the first session we will contact your allied health professional(s) to co-ordinate your program going forward.
Sessions 2 - 5: are detailed sessions focusing on the whole body while taking steps to work around current injuries, addressing them when they are ready. (Workout intensity will increase as you gain strength through the program).
Session 6: is a detailed session and progress assessment.


The Injury Rehab Program is recommended on a 2 session per week basis.

Prepaid 5 session program – $480.00

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellations to avoid being charged 50% of the service cost.
