Our Pilates mat classes will improve your flexibility, build your core strength, and help you develop control and endurance. We put emphasis on alignment, breathing, and developing a strong powerhouse.
Our Pilates mat classes are scalable to suit many levels meaning they can suit everyone from elite athletes to seniors and everyone in between. You will learn to control how you use your body properly and efficiently during your workout and you will learn how to take that out into the world so you move better in daily life.
Just bring yourself, a willingness to work, comfortable workout gear and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
