Group Pilates Mat Classes

Our Pilates mat classes will improve your flexibility, build your core strength, and help you develop control and endurance. We put emphasis on alignment, breathing, and developing a strong powerhouse.

Classes are designed so they can suit everyone so don’t let a lack of experience hold you back. You will learn to control how you use your body properly and efficiently during your workout and you will learn how to take that out into the world so you move better in daily life.

WHAT YOU NEED – comfortable workout gear, a large towel and a bottle of water.

Mats are provided.


Our Spring term of classes begins Monday 9th October 2023 and runs for 10 weeks with the final class on Monday 11th December 2023

Monday: 5:30pm – 6:15pm


Suitable for beginners.

Learn the basics in our Fundamentals Pilates Mat class.

We start from first principles and make sure you fully understand what it is we are trying to achieve. You will build a solid understanding of how to activate your core and how to use it in every day life while building core strength and flexibility.

With a max of 9 in each class your teacher will be able to make sure you know exactly what your doing and why you are doing it

Monday: 6:30pm – 7:15pm


Already have past experience with Pilates?

Build on your existing knowledge in our Fundamentals Plus class. It’s a stronger, faster paced class with an emphasis on knitting together the individual exercises to create a workout the flows from beginning to end.

With form and proper execution of the exercises to the fore this class will take your core strength and mobility to the next level.

Class size is small (9 max) allowing your teacher to keep you on the right track.
