Pilates Private Classes in Practice
You will train traditional pilates, focusing on proper technique to increase your core strength, flexibility and endurance. Your Pilates instructor will design a program of exercises specifically for you. Then working on the reformer, mat and specialised Pilates apparatus you will learn how to correctly execute your program for maximum results.
